What happens behind the scenes
Platform creates:
accountsrow with IDacct_{slug}, plan, status=activeusersrow linking admin email to the account with role=admin- If admin email already exists as an orphan user, assigns them to this account
- Account settings seeded with defaults (timezone, vertical)
- Cloudflare Access must already include the admin email (or their domain)
Site admin needs to:
- Sign in with their identity provider (Google, Okta, etc.) — Cloudflare Access handles validation
- Complete the onboarding wizard (company info, first campaign, tracking, buyer/partner)
- Build & deploy their first campaign
- Configure Draper (Telegram bot) if they want AI assistant access
- Invite additional team members from Site Admin > Users
- Set notification email in Site Admin > Account
Before creating: Add the admin's email or domain to the Cloudflare Access policy (Zero Trust > Access > Applications > Lead Gen Factory Admin > Policies). Currently allowed identity providers: Google. They authenticate via their provider — Access just controls who gets through.
